Old Blog, New look...

As you can see...I am updating my blog with a new look. I am in the process of making changes. Bigger images and a new header. Next, my hubby will help me with some Html to add the tabs and links.

Happy 2009!
I have some New Year announcements. First, I wanted to note my rate increase that I will post on my website. Also I am working on a few things I am excited about including new welcome packets, referral program, and a new and improved blog. I will let you know when my new blog is up and ready.

A special Christmas baby... Her parents sure worked hard to get her here safe and sound. Can you imagine being on bed rest AND your husband breaks his leg and needs surgery? Well, I'd say it was all worth it.....

Please read the following agreement and policies: Terms and Conditions The Classic Children's Session fee is $115.00 plus tax and pays for time and artistic vision, film and film processing only. Print prices are separate from session fees. In order to hold your appointment, full payment of the session fee must be received at the time of scheduling. The money is non-refundable but we will reschedule once if you have some problem. Please notify us at least 48 hours before the photo session if you must reschedule. If the weather isn't agreeable on the day of the session, we will gladly reschedule to another day. Images will be available approximately 7-14 days after your photo session and will be presented to you in an online gallery. It is at this time you will make your portrait selection, and place your order. You will have approximately one week to complete your order. There will be about 25 - 45 images to choose from. We encourage you to share your online gallery with other family members. If they choose to order prints, their orders will be due the same day as yours. Payment of any order is due in full when you place the order. Baby Shots Photography cannot accept partial payments. All orders placed will be ready for you 2 weeks after your payment is received (and checks cleared). Images from your order will be kept on file for 1 year for further additional reprints at a later date. There is a $50 minimum for re-orders. All images are to be inspected by you at delivery. After this, all sales are final. There are no returns on prints albums. No exceptions. A word about Copyright: The Federal Copyright Law protects copyright. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Even though the pictures may be of you or your child, the photographer still owns the copyright to the image. In order to control the quality of the work produced, the photographer is the only one who can crop, modify, order any image produced at this photo session. The photographer retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose. Likewise, clients cannot authorize any reproductions of the images for commercial use, personal use, for photographic competition or display. This includes scanning of work on Kodak picture makers or other printing/scanning machines at local stores (such as Wal-Mart, Walgreen’s, CVS, etc.), or on home printers and scanners. Violators will be prosecuted. No other camera or equipment other than the photographer’s is allowed in the photo session. As today, the Standard Prices a la carte for print orders are: $20 5x7 $40 8x10 $60 11 x 14 $70 16 x 20 $80 20x24 $90 24x30 $100 30x40 Fine art canvas, standouts, albums, photo boxes, coffee table books, purses, and photo collections are also available All items are priced from the Standard Price List in effect at the time of this agreement. Prices are guaranteed for a period of 30 days following the date of the portrait session. Items purchased more than 30 days after the date of the session will be priced from the most recent price list in effect. By acknowledging this order, I hereby give Baby Shots Photography permission to use images from this session as possible forms of advertisement. These forms of advertisements will be limited to her portfolio, website, and ads in magazines, and or displays. Carrie Gabaldon will contact the client if any image from this session is used for any purpose other than her website portfolio.
