Last one....

One last photo shoot before the baby is born! Just to let everyone know that I will be off for the summer for my maternity leave. I will not be scheduling any photo shoots or making any photo orders for the summer. I plan to continue posting on the blog with past sessions I missed and most likely lots of photos of my own children.
This was a great photo shoot to end with. I feel I've really come to know little "A" and her parents starting with their maternity photo shoot - and now she is already one!

Newborn Twins..

I was so excited to photograph newborn twins. They are so adorable and so is big sister.
Here is big sister. Still trying to figure these babies out!
Here are the newborn twin girls. They are just precious. I realized on this photo shoot that is has been a long time since I've been lucky enough to have sleeping newborns. These girls are treating their family very well and are so easy going. Thank goodness for them with 3 babies under 13 months in the house!

The Final countdown

I am finishing up with my final photo shoots before the baby is born and then I am taking the summer off. So after these last few photo shoots you might only see my kids on the blog for a while.
Here is one little guy you might remember... I love watching him grow. He reminds me a lot of my oldest son, smiley and lovable at times and a serious scientific explorer at other times. This photo shoot little "B" was so interested in the loud trucks going by and he was fascinated with rocks and flowers an the ground.

Sweet baby boy

Here is a little guy I photographed last week. He was very sweet.

I've been so lucky lately getting that eye contact with newborns! Although, not so lucky with the sleeping shots....

Did you know that breach babies love to extend their legs.... It is because the way they are positioned in the womb. Little "S" showed me this. His legs were up in the air for much of the photo shoot! I am not sure why I did not know this being that I have done so many newborn developmental assessments in the past.

I've never seen a newborn so good at finding his thumb....

Carter's Farm

I did a photo shoot with the Carter's Farm children. This was my first photo shoot on a farm and it was lots of fun to have a unique setting and lots of room for the children to play. Carter's Farm is a mobile petting zoo. They have the most adorable baby animals to bring out for your birthday party or event. They were at my son's preschool open house. They set up a cute picket fence and provide hand washing and even brushes to brush the animals. You can see their website here: http://www.cartersfarmaz.com/
