Gorgeous, Confident, and Brilliant! Congratulations to the newest Molecular Bioscience and Biotechnologist!  It was fascinating to hear what she is doing in the lab.  I have no doubt she will save us all from some terrible infectious disease!

Class of 2015....

Often guys are less than thrilled for their photo session.  But sometimes the reluctant become the enthusiastic by the end of the session.  Such is this handsome guy.  He has so many wonderful things going for him and his future.  I hope he enjoys seeing pictures of this time in his life full of talent and opportunity!

A little light in our lives.... ~Gilbert Family Photographer

When you have a child with special needs, your heart breaks when you see him struggle.  Then, once in a while a little light comes into their lives.  I am so thankful for my son's teacher.  This one special lady brought a spark back to my son.  She helps him find reason to want to go to school.  She gives him confidence.  She sees who he truly is to find his strengths and supports his difficulties.  I was so happy to do her family portrait session.  I hope these pictures help her remember this special time in their life.  I hope she looks at these pictures and sees her family full of strength, faith, and love.

Its been 21 years....

Its been 21 years since their first baby was born and this is their first family photo session!  What a treasure to have their 2 kids join them for a destination photo session in the mountains.  So beautiful.
